NYS Certified Emergency Shelter
Grace House remains the only NYS Certified Emergency Shelter serving males in all of Erie County. These houses are the first stop for any new client referred to Saving Grace. With 34 beds filled by Erie County DSS nightly, 24/7 staffing, as well as meals and services, this site is projected to serve over 400 individuals annually.

Aftercare Housing
Aftercare Housing is a transitional step for any SGM client stepping out of shelter care. The average length of stay is approximately 6-12 months, with some exceptions being made for clients with an extensive background that does not allow them to be served elsewhere. These sites are a step toward independent living, while also providing clients with support and case management when necessary.

Lodging House 1
The Lodging House is an affordable housing property that gives more freedom to SGM clients. The clients residing here are often gainfully employed, and they may be only one step away from living a completely independent lifestyle.

The Lodging House property is an affordable housing apartment building. This site is managed by SGM, but tenants do not receive any oversight from SGM employees or case managers.
